Severn Aviation operates a fleet of IFR AS 355 Twin Engine Helicopters to provide practical flight training for all IR courses and allow availability aircraft for with all courses. A Type rating course for the AS 355 can be provided in conjunction with any Severn Aviation Instrument Rating course if required.
The AS 355 is one of Europe's most popular corporate helicopters and provides an excellent basis for future flying in the Commercial Aviation market. Linking directly with the Elite Evolution S723 Simulator, the AS 355 allows students to move easily from simulator to aircraft and enjoy full continuity throughout the course.
